We believe that the machining industry is one of the most essential industries in the world. Everything in our modern world has roots in machining, either directly or indirectly. There is nothing made today that doesn’t start with machining at it’s core. As such, it’s absolutely essential that the machining industry thrive, as the foundation of our economies. But machine shops are exceedingly difficult businesses to run. They’re one of the most complex, dynamic and challenging businesses around. There is also vast knowledge within the industry that needs to be shared with those newer to, or considering joining the industry. The Machine Shop Mastery podcast is here to provide thought leadership, tips, tricks, advice and insight about successful machine shops for those already in the machining industry, and to be a fountain of wisdom and inspiration for those thinking about starting a machine shop.

Paul has been in the manufacturing industry for over 20 years! It is his mission to help shops improve. His passion stems from his years working in his own shop, Pro CNC, which later turned into being a co-founder of the software company, ProShop ERP.
